I’ve been going to this dentist to about 7 months. My dentist retired and I needed to find a dentist in my insurance network and not too far from home and ADS fit the bill. While they are part of a chain, I do feel I’ve had very thorough, professional, and friendly service. I’m very satisfied with the services I’ve had to date (crown, fillings, cleanings) and I feel the rates are competitive, too.

Everybody from the medical receptionists, dental hygienists, dentists, surgeon, schedulers, and financial planners were super friendly, polite, professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable at American Dental Solitions. I admit that I experience anxiety everytime I go to a dentist, but the staff made me feel comfortable and they are not at all judgemental. I will continue to receive all of my future dental care care here, no doubt about it. I highly recommend American Dental Solutions to everyone.

I've never had issues with this office. They're personable, quick, but do quality work. I appreciate that I can call with an emergency and be put on the schedule quickly. They accept a wide range of insurance options which is great. I reccomend this office for your dental needs.

This was my first appointment with American Dental Solutions. Prior to my appointment, I learned they accept my dental insurance and that they accept most dental insurance plans. I was seen on time and the hygienist was very pleasant and efficient. I had ex-rays and cleaning at this appointment. The dentist was also very pleasant and I was given time to ask questions. The office is very clean and all the equipment is new and modern. Rate this office 5 stars out of 5!

Very professional and friendly staff. Had me in and out quick and painless. Pricing was better than all the other Dentist offices I called as well by a huge amount. Paid less than half what I was expecting to pay (had no insurance). Will be going back in the future if I ever have another tooth issue!

My denture consult at this provider went very well. The place was clean and all of the workers there were pleasant and professional. From the person who checked me in to the person who went over the procedures and prices. Would definitely recommend this place.

It seemed to be a much better ran office then the past time I was in. I felt like the lady doctor didn’t take the time needs to listen to my concerns. The previous insurance lady was an air head and didn’t connect with me it was as if I was just another $ on her paycheck. When I walked in today, the front desk lady is always there and always nice, then I like that I always get the same cleaning lady and today was a fill in dentist and he was AWESOME and explained everything in my terms not doctor terms. And the new scheduler/insurance girl Steph we hit is off and I told her I don’t want to be a patient or a number, when I walk in the door I want to hear hello Jody. That is knowing your patients and a warm welcome . Now I won’t stay away as long and had my daughter bring my 2 grandsons. Thanks Roherstown, Lancaster Office

I had my first visit yesterday and I was so happy with my experience. There was not one staff member who was not professional, and willing to help you with you questions. The hygienist was so caring and explained every procedure she was about to do. It was easy to schedule future appointments. Dr. Friedlander was pleasant and put me at ease immediately. Hats off this dental office.
